Enna olaral idhu? Something with caller ID gives you the luxury to screen the callers. And by being 'mobile' it opens up number of possibilities for excuses afterwards - like "I was driving" or "it was in silent mode and I did not realize you called" excuses.
On India, you can choose to not pay CLIP charges and hence can still afford to do this.
